What is the Pacific Catch Rewards program?
The PC Rewards customer rewards programs allows our customers to earn points that can be redeemed for future purchases.
What kind of rewards can I expect to receive?
You will receive 1 Point for every 1 dollar spent which you can use to redeem again free food and drink items. We’ll also give you a reward to sign-up, a free birthday gift, and occasionally surprise you with invitations to special events, personalized offers, exclusive sneak previews and tastings.
WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAM?
The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.
How do I sign up?
Just sign up here and you will automatically be part of our rewards program.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You can earn Points by logging in to your account and then making qualifying purchases or taking qualifying actions. We may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional Points in connection with certain transactions and promotions.
You may earn Points for dollars you spend on each qualifying transaction excluding federal, state, and local taxes, shipping charges, employee or other discounts, and items purchased with a gift card, merchandise credits, or any Rewards or other awards.
Some actions may require additional disclosures by you in order to qualify.
How do I use coupons?
Coupons and Discount Codes can easily be added in the checkout process on your online order. If you are dining in one of our restaurants, just make sure to scan the Coupon code when you pay.
Do I Need To Keep Track Of Points Or Redeem Coupons?
Pacific Catch Rewards was created to be as simple and effortless as possible. We will keep track of all your points and coupons in your PC Rewards wallet. The more you visit us, the more points you may receive.
Why Do You Need To Know My Birthday?
How Do I Edit My Account or Payment Info?
Simply open your app or the website link, login, click the right top button where it says “hello ___” , and choose “Profile” to to update your email or birthday or choose “Payment Methods” to change your payment methods.
Will I receive a rewards card?
No our program is only digital, there is no need for you to carry a card.
Do I have to sign up again?
Yes, we kindly ask our guests to sign up on our new platform, so we have your correct user information. You can simply sign up here.
Where did all my rewards go?
The rewards unfortunately won’t transfer to our new platform since we are now working with a points system, but please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Phone Number and a screenshot of your old rewards. We will make sure to get your unused rewards or similar rewards with the same value amount back into your new rewards wallet.
What happened to VIPs?
If you received special VIP perks please reach out to email@example.com and we will make sure to add you to our special tier. You may receive special rewards, perks, invitations and swag but you will no longer receive the same rewards just simply because our program changed. We promise this will be better!
Can I still use the old rewards platform?
We will have the old rewards platform active for another month (until 05/31/2020), so feel free to use up your rewards. If you don’t get to use your rewards within the next month feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Phone Number and a screenshot of your old rewards. We will make sure to get your unused rewards or similar rewards with the same value amount back into your new rewards wallet.
What happens to the old rewards data?
After 05/31/2020, we will make sure to delete all your data from the old platform.
