How can I buy a gift card?
You can purchase a physical card at any of our restaurants. Please ask a Team Member.
We also offer the ability to send an e-gift card online through our online platform.
Coming soon! Order a physical gift card online and have it sent by mail to the recipient of your choosing!
How do I use my physical gift card?
If you have a physical gift card, there are multiple ways to redeem.
You can use the card in-store – simply hand it to your server at the end of your meal.
You can use it online – if you’re not already a member, sign up to PC rewards at: https://order.pacificcatch.com/signup then go to ‘My Account’ and click the button ‘Add Gift Card’.
Once you’ve added the card, you’ll be able to see the balance and the card will automatically appear on the Checkout screen as a payment option when you place an order.
If you use our Pacific Catch mobile app, the card will also be available in the app.
How do I use my e-gift card?
If you are a member of PC Rewards, your e-gift card will appear in the My Account section of our online order and mobile app.
If you aren’t a member, then sign up to PC rewards at: https://order.pacificcatch.com/signup then go to ‘My Account’ and click the button ‘Add Gift Card’. Enter the gift card number on the e-gift card email that you received.
You’ll then be able to see the balance and the card will automatically appear on the Checkout screen as a payment option when you place an order.
If you want to use the e-gift card in-store, either bring the email print out or show the server your gift card number so that they can enter it when you close out your check.
