Spirit of Adventure

Both avid travelers from the West Coast, our founders’ indulged their passion for food and flavors as they explored the diverse cultures and cuisines around the Pacific.

Discovering new dishes, exciting ingredients and fresh seafood at every stop, Keith and Aaron combined their unique experiences to create a modern-casual restaurant that featured a unique mix of bold flavors and signature items new to continental America.

Since founding the company in 2003, their shared love of the Pacific Ocean and travels still shapes and influences the food, design and essence of Pacific Catch, including their commitment to using only sustainably-sourced seafood to help protect the ocean for generations to come.

And their pioneering spirit of discovery lives on in a diverse and regularly changing Pacific- inspired menu which always offers a new surprise to our Guests.

Ocean friendly restaurant

As a proud partner of the Surfrider Foundation, we believe and support efforts towards the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches. We’ve made a commitment to reduce our plastic footprint and brought in disposable, compostable eating utensils and straws. We also recycle our fryer oil into bio fuel and compost all food waste and employ green building techniques in our new locations, including LED light bulbs, hand dryers, aerators on faucets, water-saving toilets and drought resistant landscaping.

Ethical Sourcing

As a member of the Seafood Watch program, we are committed to sourcing seafood from Environmentally Responsible Sources as defined by the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We believe wild caught and responsibly raised seafood fits beautifully on the same menu, as one ensures the life of the other.
